（中央社記者唐佩君台北8日電）外交部長林永樂表示，針對最近的歐洲難民危機，外交部與相關國家及NGO組織保持密切聯繫，必要時提供物資援助。

據外電報導，湧入歐洲的難民總數超過10餘萬人，歐洲聯盟執行委員會（European Commission）主席榮科今天將公布新提案，強制規定成員國接收難民的配額；根據榮科方案，其中4萬人將分配到德國，法國接納3萬人。

外交部長林永樂受訪時表示，中華民國做為國際社會人道援助提供者，針對最近的歐洲難民危機，外交部會與相關的國家及NGO組織保持密切聯繫，由於目前局勢仍在發展，會持續關注評估。

林永樂強調，會與歐洲各國保持密切聯繫，必要時提供物資援助。

他說明，中華民國長期作為國際社會人道援助的提供者，一直以來都對中東難民所來的國家給予物資援助，例如過去也曾捐贈組合屋給約旦及伊拉克北部等地區，協助因武裝動亂無家可歸的難民度過寒冬等。1040908
